All fish are responsibly hand caught (by us!) with hook & line, then blast frozen at -40 and vacuum-sealed in approx. 1 lb portions for the absolute freshest, highest quality fish you will find anywhere. Prices vary slightly by location.

New this year! Sablefish (also known as black cod) are a locals favorite here in Petersburg. One of the most delicious fishes on the market, sablefish are guaranteed to dazzle with their uniquely rich and buttery fillets.
Neither ling nor cod, Ophiodus elongatus are loved by chefs for their delicious and versatile flaky white flesh. You will not find a more succulent and tender fillet for your fish & chips, seafood soups, or your elegant white fish recipe.
A white fish classic, Alaskan halibut needs no introduction. As with all our offerings, we catch every halibut we sell to ensure you get the highest quality fish on the market at a good price.
Scoring higher on healthy omega oils than sockeyes, and more economical than king salmon, coho have become a freezer favorite for the majority of our customers. Sensitive and feisty, coho are Malena's favorite salmon species. Wild Alaskan coho that spawn in the wild streams of the Tongass National Forest are our bread and butter, and that's why we also support efforts to keep the Tongass wild and intact.
Alaskan troll-caught king (or Chinook) salmon are a delicious treat sought after by chefs and seafood aficionados world-wide. Their uncommonly tender and flavorful fillets also make them a favorite at our dinner table!
